By booking a service with CrystalWorX Detailing, LLC ("CWX"), you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & deposits
- Bookings are made through Urable. A deposit may be required to secure higher-tier services and ceramic coating appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled appointment if you give us at least 48 hours notice.
- Final pricing is confirmed during the on-site inspection. If the vehicle requires additional correction beyond what was quoted, we'll discuss adjustments with you before continuing.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice — no fees, deposit transfers.
- Less than 48 hours notice — deposit is forfeited, but rebooking is welcome.
- No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full appointment fee.
Weather
Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. We may reschedule due to rain, snow, freezing temperatures, or unsafe working conditions. Rescheduled appointments incur no fee.
Vehicle condition disclosure
Tell us about pre-existing damage (paint chips, dents, mechanical issues). We document the vehicle on arrival. CWX is not liable for pre-existing conditions or wear that is revealed during normal cleaning.
Warranty — ceramic coatings
- Opti-Coat Pro3 retail warranty: 10 years, registered with the manufacturer in your name and VIN.
- Opti-Coat Pro3 fleet (CWX Pro): 5 years.
- Warranty terms and exclusions are set by the manufacturer. Documented maintenance is required.
- Warranty does not cover damage from collision, vandalism, severe environmental events, improper aftermarket products, or third-party services performed on the coated surfaces.
Detailing services
Detailing services are point-in-time work and are not warrantied beyond the day of service. We do, however, stand behind our work — if something is genuinely wrong, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Membership plans
- Annual price is locked at enrollment.
- Membership is annual; visits are scheduled across the year.
- Unused visits do not roll over.
- Cancellations within the annual term are pro-rated.
Liability
CWX maintains commercial liability insurance. Our maximum liability for any damage caused by our work is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages are excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
